    G-9100 Gulfie project

    a lot of crud around the buttons and the bezel looks like its holding them in. we will find out if its a $24.99 win, or a lot of spare parts.

    Interested to see how this pans out mate, I'm hoping to pickup same thing, Gulfman had new battery fitted and now 2 buttons don't work, heres hoping module wasn't seated properly after batt swap! :)

    I am going to bet that the module wasn't sitting properly after the battery change. That's an easy fix. :)

    either that, or by the way the buttons are stuck in, perhaps they were turned upside down after eing played with. if worse case, i have everything for my other 9100. if its a quick fix, i may flip it cheap on fleabay.

    Why bother? $25 is cheap, but then an excellent condition one just sold for $35 a couple of weeks ago (LINK). Considering the cost of a new bezel to clean up the looks and the manual effort involved, then the fees you get hit from eBay and PayPal, not worth it IMHO...
