    Off topic G-Shock @ wikipedia

    Hey guys

I looked up G-Shock at wikipedia last night after I finished some work and was a bit disappointed at how little info was on there.

    There wasn't a page for hardly any of the models, and not much info at all. I decided to add a page for the Masters there and then;

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Master_of_G

This is only my second wiki page ever and I didn't add any pictures yet and I want to add more info but I need your help

I mentioned all I thought I knew about Masters, if you know more specifics please edit the page! In particular does anybody know more definite dates for when the masters were produced and how many of each were made?

if you see any mistakes I've made, please alert me or edit them!

I want to make a page for each model, which I might start tonight I guess. Eventually I think it would be cool to have a page for each type of G, such as G-Lide, Baby-G, Cockpit, etc.

Let me know what you think (and know!)

    Hi Pritch,

Great initiative. Unfortunately I'm very busy now and I have to add several new G-Peopleland pages, but you may use my pictures (would be nice if there is a text like picture courtesy G-Peopleland). If you need special pictures, let me know, I will see what I can do!

    Cheers,

    Sjors

That's OK Sjors, I sure we all feel you've done your bit with g-peopleland already :)

Thanks for that permission, I would not normally upload a picture unless it was my own, but I would always ask you and if someone else did I'd make sure credit was given in the box thing (or at least try to,I am still quite new to editing wiki :)

I don't mind small Japanese wrists, let all those Masters come here By the way, a good explenation about why the size is so much smaller now... I didn't know that. BTW, the DW-5500 isn't mentioned on my website too. Was it really called a Master of G when released? The DW-6300 was originally released as a divers model in 1993, but I believe it didn't had the name Frogman yet too.

Thumbs Up Re: G-Shock @ wikipedia

    Wow Bryan,

These are some wise words! Funny you mention the DW-9900 was unpopular. Actually it looks pretty good, it's only not as big as the other models. I'm indeed curious what the next Master will look like.

    Cheers,
