    which g shock

hey all i think i have really decided that a gshock is the best option for me since im very sporty and theres no real need for me to have a dress/casual watch that will just get scratched and wont have the features i want..

    - stop watch (need to be able to see it in the dark when im jogging late at night.
    - alarm clock - must be very loud as i dont wake easily
    - clean design
    - nice colour theme
    - prefer analouge.. (hard if i need a timer)

    cheers guys..

    for you specs:
analog is not possible because of the poor lume either on digital or analog part of the watch.
So if you need a stopwatch, the G-9000 has two of it. If the buttons of the G-9000 are to hard to operate, the GW-9100 might fit.
G-9000 mudman is available in many colors though.

    Casio G-Shock G101.

It has ALL the requirements you want, and even the preference.

Actually the G100 and the G101 both have EL, so that will greatly improve the visibility at night.

!!!! only for digital display, hands are not illuminated !!!!

The lume of the hands is almost useless.

    AW-582

But you must drop the requirement for a very loud alarm. G-Shock alarms are alerts rather than alarms, and will only wake a light sleeper.
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...

They look like G-Shocks. Maybe G-Shocks aren't for you, analogue or digital. Look at Seiko's and Citizen's more affordable offerings.
