    G-shock features question

What were the earliest G-Shock models that had features similar to the current G-9300, specifically the compass and temperature features?

The Wademan is not one that I've seen before. Very cool, though it looks like a nice one fairly expensive these days.

Essentially, I like the features of the 9300, but not the look. I'm wondering if a an older model with similar features might be a good option.

I also found the 9200 Riseman, but it's just not a good looking watch.

if you want sensors on the lower end of the price range but dont like the look of the Gs maybe check out some protreks. good bang for your buck and a nice big, uncluttered display.

prg270 is a good start or you can go cheaper with a sgw100 or sgw500 if youre after analog.
