    G-Shock GA-120-1A "I am experiencing 2 g's"

My second G-Shock (ok ok, I admit it, I ordered the second one before the first even arrived. I'm a fool for watches. I can say that here.)

No pics right now, just the stock shot.

A few initial words. Bravo to Casio for making a $100 watch, durable, masculine, fashionable and muscular looking, and most of all everyday carry beat 'em up tough. If this watch has a mineral crystal at this price, I'll s__t myself.

    Pros -
    Band is so comfortable
Buckle doesn't unclasp easily; very unlikely to lose by accident
    Look is gnarly, so cool
Light, you hardly know you are wearing this big thing
    BIG - it's a great looking piece

    Cons -
So, so hard to read in the dark. I don't think there's any lume on this thing, and the light only helps me if I'm wearing readers. The hour hand is kind of stubby (someone else made this comment, I remember) but if you have good eyesight it's OK. But I didn't buy it as a night watch. Hey, there's a cool name for the next tritium watch - "The Night Watchman"

At this price, I say if you like it, go for it. It's a conversation piece for sure.

whatcha got in the dark if you ain't got tritium or a backlight? a wristband is all ...

hi,is this thread still up?I just got my GA-120-1ADR today it looks good, and I like it but the buckle looks different with my G7900,the G7900 metal buckle looks solid, strong, and tough, the GA 120 buckle doesn't look that tough
I read from somewhere that GA 120 have stainless steel buckle,is it true?is it strong enough?
here's the pict of the buckles
