    G-shock for law enforcement (nypd)

Hi, I am thinking about getting me a gshock and selling my omega seamaster. Yes I know omega is a great watch, but I would not want to smash it and damage it. Plus I need to have alarm and have exact time. Omega keeps running a bit fast and will cost $ to adjust. I love that watch but I think I should sell on ebay and just get a cheap G-shock instead.

Can some one suggest a good version to get. I am leaning toward MTG-910 or the non mi3 version. My price point is less then 250 dollars.
http://www.amazon.com/G-Shock-MTG910...879351?ie=UTF8 another example of the other version. (I think I want the one that detects time automatically)

The watches look amazing online, but I will probably have to go and see in real life if I still like it. Then buy.

    other suggestions/tips welcomed.
    thank you

    Ilya

    Hi Ilalya:

I once sold a FROGMAN to an Australian Police officer, and another to a US CIA member involved in work over in the Middle East.

They both were very satisfied so my choice would be a FROGMAN

Not a bad watch, but I just think the ones I mentioned look nicer and less bulky. ALso it got too much stuff written on it, and way too busy looking.

    thanks.

    Hi Sky -

He purchased a REAL BLACK, 7TH FROG, RED FROG, MEN IN WHITE 8XXX FROG, MEN IN NAVY, 8250 YELLOW, A FEW WCCS models, and the list goes on!

He actually purchased the two RED, but not the 1000 model.

    The MTG has more!

It is solar so a good choice or maybe an analogoe model will be good for you. A 150x possibly?
