    G-Shock MTG-500-1B

    Hi Guys,

I'm new to the forums been collecting watches for quite a few years now and was thinking of purchasing my first G-Shock, what you guys think of the MTG-500-1B?

Anyone have any idea how much these are worth in good condition?

    That sounds reasonable to me.
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...

    Hello.
I've a couple of these MTGs. The illumination is only of the LCD screen and the color is somewhat a blue/green, similar to that of the DW6600. The lume on the analog hands are typical of Casio, ie. weak. Other than that the're somewhat nice looking and small enough to fit under the cuff of a long sleeve shirt.
    Rgds,

Nice! Haven't seen one of those before
The Search function on vBulletin forums isn't very smart. If you want to search for a complete string in the G-Shock forum, or for posts which include multiple words, use Google, and enter site:forums.watchuseek.com/f17 into the search box. Then use normal google syntax after that to enter your search.

    Re: G-Shock MTG-500-1B

Ok guys ive got a tiny problem wondering if anyone can help??

When i go to se the analouge hand on this watch i hold "a" to set then "d" to move the minute hand forward, after that a should be able to press "b" to allow it to continue spinning by itself rather than hold "d"...... that dosent happen, is there a way i can reset the watch or does it sound like it needs to be repaired??

Are you holding D and B at the same time?
