    G Shock show question

    Hey Cats,
I'm planning on adding a G-Shock to my collection but I'm having a tough time choosing. I'm liking the style that has the analog hands feature, but I also dig the Atomic time technology, I also get a hoot out of the Solar thingy, it's hard to find the right watch with the right combination of gadgets.

So I humbly ask, can the owners here of their G Shocks post up some pics of them so I can get a broad look at all the styles available. I did a search on eBay and came up with a bazillion of em, too overwhelming for me, I'm thinking this way would be better.

Thank you in advance for showing off your G-Shock I promise I'll post pics of my choice after I've acquired it.

    Peace,
    Preston

    Hi Preston,

Here is my GW-1210 in red, also available in less flashy colors. It has both analogue look and Atomic time.

    Cheers,

lots of folks will tell you to go with something like this... the venerable frogman... though this is reputably a smalll one caught in an abnormal habitat...

or maybe this... the dw-6600... i had heard they were very good for using with a chainsaw...

then again... something that's bound to have you buying a fake might be...

it has a nice stainless steel screwback

or if ya really wanna be boring, but accurate... you could try something like this...

Anyone who reads my posts knows what I'm going to recommend. The GW-1300. It's atomic/solar, is loaded with features, and has a large face. I love it.

    There's always the Raysman . . .

No macro feature on my camera, finally got a decent shot of the back:

WallaceD, I have that exact same 1300A and was wearing it today in fact. One of my favorites, too. Of course, everyday I pick which G to wear based on my mood for the day. I must have been feeling "Black and complicated with a touch of color" today, huh? ha ha
