Hi FrogmanFreak, the GW-400 is a great watch. Alot of features: vibration alarm, stopwatch, timer, world time, tide graph, moonphase dial, thermometer, atomic/solar.

Feels very comfortable on the wrist and it's one of the more striking lookging g-shocks IMO. The parts I don't like: The sides of the bezel have these metal (or is that shiney plastic?) that are a pain to clean if you get them dirty. I assume they're there for aesthetic reasons but don't really do much for me. I'm assuming on the standard black version (I got the yellow) they look much better. The vibration alarm on mine is very weak and, at least for me, can hardly feel it. Also, the buttons on it are set flush against the case so they can be a pain to push if you have hands on the larger side.

Post pics if you buy one.

Alas, the tide graph is very inaccurate on this watch due to it being seemingly based only on 'home city' position. There are no longitude or lunar interval parameters to the tidal setting unlike on the Gulfmans. So if reasonably accurate tide graphs are what you're after, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. Shame given the graphic ability of the watch.

If not for this weakness, I'd probably have bought one of these myself.

Sky, your cruelty knows no bounds...

...I really wanted to get that green one (and still would), but the crappy tidal accuracy just sours it for me, alas.
