    G6900 Zulu strap adaptors

March this year my father had a motorbike crash in which he broke his left wrist.

He has recovered now and is riding again.

whoever since the cast came off he has not been able to wear the G6900 I bought him 3 years ago.

So looking at making it more comfy.

Am I right in thinking DW5600 adaptors and 24mm single strap zulu (not NATO) are the parts I need?

The straps between 5600 and 6900 are the same fitting, so certainly your proposed adaptors would fit.

If you have a choice of specific 6900 adaptors, choose them because perhaps the profile is different and may just give a smoother appearance.

24mm sounds right but I can't remember for the life of me.

The adaptors should make it clear which size they take.

The 7900's are my favourites, although the 56s are currently my focus. But nothing is excluded, except pink Risemans.

Yep, that's what you need as can be seen below.
Hopefully you'll find that this is a more comfortable way to wear the watch.
BTW JaysandKays sell both the adapters and straps in various colours so you may find this a "one stop" solution.
I have used both JaysandKay's and original Casio adapters, both are good, but the newer Jay's versions have the mounts for springbars and allow you to use two piece nylon straps, these give the look of a Zulu, but as a strap no longer passes between the watch body and wrist is a lower profile look.

Thumbs up from me for the J's & K's, here with a two piece Zulu fitted and they are much easier to install than the OEM adapters and have a little room to move with your wrist while the OEM's fix solid when in place:
