    GA1000FC on the way!

I'm supremely excited. I just pulled the trigger on this guy. I can't wait to get it! The price on Amazon with the bracelet was only $20 more than with the resin strap. It was too good to pass up.

I also bought this as a reward for getting my first app up in the iPhone App Store. Shameless plug: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/idid...806815976?mt=8

It's a sweet model. I have the black and orange version (GA-1000-4A? Maybe). Anyway you're gonna love it. That bracelet does set it off.

    HELP!!! I've been G-Shocked!

I like the fact that the bracelet makes it heavier. I really like the feel of a heavier watch. I can't wait to get it! I think this is one of the better Ana-digi G-Shocks.

Congratulations on the watch. It looks like a winner. Even more, congratulations on getting your app into the App Store. When will you develop one for android? I like the app and would be happy to use if it was on the android platform. Good luck with it.

Thanks! I don't plan on an Android version right now. I still have my hands full learning about iOS. But maybe some day I'll get around to doing it. Sorry!

The bracelet on these is a work of art. I have it on my GW-A1000 in blue. Great comfort and flex.

Thanks, I can't wait to try it out. Seems the best of both worlds: the fit and quick on/off of a bracelet and the durability of resin.

    Re: GA1000FC on the way!

A few notes about it: first, it is big. I didn't notice so much in the store, but it appears quite large because of all the glass, and it is also very tall. Second, the depth on the dial is spell-binding. I count at least five layers. Also, the bracelet gives it quite a different feel from a resin strap. I haven't decided whether I'm fully liking it or not. There is less flex in the bracelet. I may have it a little too tight. Fortunately, the links are joined by simple (but substantial) spring bars, so it's easy to adjust if you don't get the fit right the first time.
    Overall, I am incredibly pleased.
