    GA100MC Nato Strap on GW5000 or DW5000SL 5600 series?

In another thread, I saw some people
using the Nato Strap Adapters from 5600 Series on a GA100.

Could that mean, that the nice strap from GA100MC would fit the 5600 series and GW5000 and DW5000SL?

    OK, challenge accepted!
The GA-100mc strap is adapterless and will fit almost every G with 16mm lugs.
The result on a 5600 (G-5600E in this example) is quite pleasant i think!

it suprises me that the distance between springbars is so similar...i mean, the GA-100 looks so much bigger. nice finding!

I've searched high and low, but can't find the strap for sale. Sigh.

There's a dangle on the bottom of the case back as shown in the last picture. I don't know if this extra dangling affects the feel and comfort specially when use for a long period of time. It just shows that the GA100MC is longer or bigger (wider) than the G square. The strap is fully stretched when installed in the GA100MC.

No, i didnt notice the extra slack while wearing the watch, but it is there.
What i really like on the GAs strap is the better design of the lug connecting loop.
Its better covering the open lugs then the dedicated 5600 adapterless cloth straps.

Agreed - the 5600B black/orange nylon band for example looks pretty weird on because of how high it makes the module sit on your wrist, and the aforementioned lug joint is really pretty nasty.

This appears as much slicker and natural fit between band and module.

The 7900's are my favourites, although the 56s are currently my focus. But nothing is excluded, except pink Risemans.
