    Gaussman question

I have one incoming and it may need a band. I know that it uses a similar attachment as the fisherman/gulfman/new riseman.
Can anyone verify that the bands are interchangeable? I may just put it on a GW-9200 band.
    Any help would be....helpful:thanks

Of course if anyone has a spare Gaussman band.....feel free to pm me

    Re: Gaussman question

    Hi,

I had a quick look at the lug width of the 9700 Gulfman and it looks like the right length. I'll check out the other ones but I think it will look a little odd. Those watches, especially the Fisherman, have very specific bands.

The Gaussman is one awesome watch. It was my first G, and I have since invested in 2 more. The original one is > 10 years, still on the original band and has survived lots of MTB races, 4x4 recoveries in deep mud and various other outdoor activities.

    Cheers,

    Pieter

    Re: Gaussman question

Hi, Gaussman will take DW 9200 Riseman band and D 9100 Gulfman, 100% sure, this fitting was used in the previous Masters of G lineup, the DW 9300 Raysman should fit as well.
I have a new Gaussman band in off white grey colourway and a black/grey worn as well,PM if interested, cheers !!

    Re: Gaussman question

Thanks for the replies; sounds like it will work just fine.
@ some time soon...I may be PM'ing you soon regarding the used black/grey strap once I can see how "beat up" the one I get is. Sometimes sellers exaggerate how worn things are....

    :thanks
