    GD-100 for $25 !

Hello Friends..... Need your advice in buying a 2 months used GD-100 for $25.... I already have a brand new GD-100 in my collection and just worn it a couple of times... I am really confused if I should or shouldn't buy another G which is exactly same as the one I've got...

If you've already got one and barely use it, why do you need a second one? Just because it's a good price doesn't always mean you have to buy it...

    Will you actually wear it?
If yes - buy it. If no - why bother?

C'mon Ash ... don't you really think that the answer actually resides in your own question ?

If you have only worn your brand new GD-100 a couple of times because it's new, or because you want to keep it in pristine condition, BUT it's on the way to becoming one of your absolute favorites and a "daily wearer," it might be nice to have a spare, or spare parts....

...but that's not the impression I got from the first post!

The only other reason I can see for buying a second, identical watch would be if you were planning on "flipping" it, possibly for a profit, but if you're not going to do that either then what's the point in getting it?

For only $25 I'd grab it without a second thought. You've got to have a friend, brother, co-worker or somebody you can give it to if you don't want to resell it for a profit.

Thanks a lot everyone for replying.... I was actually thinking to change the band and bezel to the grey Camo and have a different looking watch in my collection... But I am not sure how easy it will be to source the desired bezel and band

"Okay, THAT sounds like a somewhat rational reason!"
says the guy with THREE different-looking GW-6900's, which used to have their bezels and straps changed on a regular basis....

On the other hand, those WERE my "daily wearers" for a couple of years, AND I already had the "Burning Red" resin in hand before I bought the second watch.

You might check to see if you can get the grey camo band and bezel now, and THEN decide about the second watch?

So why not just grab the camo resin (if you can), and put it in the GD-100 that you already have? Saves $25. Or just look for a watch with the camo that you want, then swap resins between those.

Getting the band is as easy... All I need to do is call Casio India, transfer the quoted amount to their bank account and they ship it via Courier... But the sad part is they don't sell replacement bezels and I don't know if I can just buy the bezel online.
