The panda looks a whole lot better and it will not get grungy like the white resin 8900. Now for functionality, the 8900 hands down is better.

Thanks a lot mate for taking out time and posting these pics.... it looks amazing... i hope its comfortable too on the wrist.... does it have the LED Flash feature? The reason I am confused to go for this or not coz I do have 2 black 6900's (DW-6900 & G-6900) which look the same and this one is also black so I dont want to end up getting another similar looking G....

Actually this Rev Panda is one of my all time favorites.
Always makes me smile when I put it on & more importantly use it.

Because that is when I notice it's most striking feature is it's brilliant clarity/usability
It is just so Clear/Legible. Also the light on this for what ever reason ( probably due to contrast) is exceptional.
Like having a bright fluorescent light helping you read a document

As to worries about already having a Black DW & G-6900's don't worry this one stands alone.

I also have a few other black DW's & this one stands alone again due to its sharp contrasting Black & White design

Lastly the price on these right is such a deal IMHO. I have considered picking up one more as Casio last I checked
have removed them from their site

Anyway ..........As you can see I give it a big thumbs up...two thumbs in fact

PS: Yes has Flash alert if you want it is in e-35 section of manual
    http://support.casio.com/storage/en/...009/qw3420.pdf

As for comfort yes very comfortable & resin on this is nice & supple too.

Stands alone! You should have said it stands tall. It's 20.4mm tall! It's a big boy!

    Hahah True that

If your use to DW's etc this one seems thick when first put on
But once wearing it's not intrusive at all.
