You see no pictures in my post?
Photobucket decided to lock my pics behind a 40$/month prescription service.
I used their services since 2009 so the most of my old threads have Photobucket pics inside.
If you stumble across one of those threads and want to see the pic, PM me and i will re-attach it.
What can we learn from all the lost information?
1. never trust cloud services
2. always keep control of your data
According to G-Central on Twitter the fourth sensor is a step tracker.
There goes my excitement. I was hoping an abcDepth sensor.
owned both the 9300 and gwg1000. one thing i dislike about these awesome watches are the longish straps. hope gshock offers 2 types of strap length for the ggb1000: small and large wrists. tongue sticking out is not nice!
Here's a short video from ABTW showing the GG-B100.
Dumb. No solar. No MB6.
And a step counter? I don't need a reminder of how lazy and sedentary I am.
And it's fugly.

Maybe this is meant as successor to the GG1000's and not the GWG1000. So maybe that is why the lack of solar and MB6.
While I'm excited about the introduction of carbon fiber, on this watch I find it a bit too much, at least to my taste. It may work great for other watches, but on this watch may pronounce a more cluttered look. If a regular bezel existed for this watch, I know my first order of business would be to replace the carbon fiber with that.
I would much rather like to see the use of carbon fiber for the watch case, so in other words just subtle hints of it rather that using it as a stand out main design feature. Kind of like the metal case of the GW5000, where the user itself knows, without advertising it too much.
The step counter seems to be kind of a random add-on to the watch though. That said, the lack of solar kills the watch for me unless I really like it when I check it out.
