Girly Camo (Experimental Camo Dyeing) Not to everyone's taste

My Wife like the camo I usually do, but preferred something more feminine beside patches and blotches. We came up with the idea of putting cutouts of teddy bears and ribbons. I screwed up the color though. Will be trying a darker tone such as purple or blue. Still need to paint the bezel wordings white to match the buttons.

Will try a different type of adhesive sheet that better adhere to the resin's nook and crannies for cleaner lines.

Let me know what do you guys think.

    Cheers

    Really good idea.

I know it didn't come out as you'd hoped, but in fact I'd say it's a nicely understated design, and you should leave it as it is. Great imaginative project with great results!

Pretty cool! That looks like something Casio would do.

    great idea

    dark purple would be nice

like what I experienced with this resin, FADING, perhaps, before dying another color, you use RIT dye color remover on it first

    Brilliant idea.
Yellow or green would look nicer than purple or blue though I think.
Purple might make it look dirty at a glance.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll be trying on a new set bezel and band. The resins for XL series has a coating that does not dye well. Will be trying it on a 7900 or 6900 set. We'll see if I screw that up also. LOL

It's cute and the pattern is subtle. I think girls will like it!
