Was going to get a GW-056A but...

Was going to get a GW-056A (Atomic/Solar), but will probably get the G-056B.

Did a comparison between both (Atomic/Solar GW-056 with module 3016, and regular G-056 with module 3028), and realized the G-056 has really cool features on Stop Watch and Timer modes that the other is lacking.

Anyone has one of these watches?

i played around with my friend's GW056 and its quite a nice watch

the button is s little on the flat side, which might be trouble for people with big fingers

other than that, everything is nice and tight, quite low profile and comfortable on the wrist.

its the usually atomic solar dilema:

if you want atomic, you will lose good countdown timer; if you want a well featured countdown timer, you will lose atomic. you just can't have both at the same time O|

I noticed that! I don't have Atomic capabilities where I live, but wanted a solar watch.

The timer/stopwatch functions on the G-056B just blew me away. I have never had a watch that does that. The stopwatch is programable. It comes with A-EL which might kill the battery in 2 years instead of 5, but I can live with that.

Haven't been to the store yet, but I believe its about usd65-70. I think its a little steep for this watch, but will see.
