    Hello 1414DW6100,
Nice collection you have there The workhorses and the icon too.
Like the "under the hood" shots. One of the things that I wish Casio would do is make all their watches out of metal. I can't help but think of a glue gun when I look at how the cases are made today, despite how good the current plastics used today are. Enjoy and wear in good health.

    haha thanks resin!
yeah i wish all g shocks were made like the frogman case. solid. and titanium. but then it would just cost more, something the american public is very fussy about. as long as its a practical price ill do it. like my frogman tc. :gold

Is the whole Frogman case titanium? I just thought it was the screwback; wow I can't say I've seen that chromed look for titanium before. Most things made of it have that usual blued colour. By the way, 1414, I'm just asking if it is so, I don't have any real idea. I don't suppose you could have another look just for this curious cat? Thanks in advance

Eitherway, I'm with you, metal all the way. Helps cure my paranoia over stripping screw threads in plastic cases. I've never seen any torque settings published anywhere and myself not being a deft hand....

haha im not sure. i just assume the whole thing is because the older frogmans has "titanium" stamped in the front. i could be wrong though. and i do agree with whats your saying. let hope someone reading this will enlighten the both of us!

Thank you for clearing that up mholje; it's much appreciated.
Still wondering why they (Casio) would polish the outer bezel given the minmal exposure. Eitherway I'll have to do some internet research; can't recall seeing that done to titanium.

Someone once told me that metals too follow trends. Not long ago, it was aircraft spec. aluminium.

    Thanks again.

i didnt know that either about titanium resin! :-D
lets try to make casio use a solid titanium case for all g shocks, i bet sales would go up because that would also say "hey g shock is now more rugged! buy me!!!" haha:gold
and they should do demonstrations to test there watches in front of sales persons like oakley does with there glasses.
by far my two most favored purchases was my G SHOCK frogman and OAKLEY x metal juliets. both items are highly regarded as "built tough"
okaley and g shock should combine technology! make a g shock out of xmetal with a polarized lense for clarity under direct sunlight hitting the watch!
