Unhappy GS-1300B-1AJF - Second Hand slightly off... any way to fix it?

    Hi!

I just got my ordered watches from Japan. And they look and feel great
One of them is a GS-1300B-1AJF.
The only thing I noticed is that the second hand of it is slightly off the exact alingment with the minutes/seconds indicator on the face of the watch (see below). The minute hand seems to be OK (although it looks wrong here... it is on stop watch mode)
Is there any way to fix that? It is kind of a bummer... :/

the 1300 has tough movement and it should correct itself, right?

but otherwise, there should be a hand set mode and you should have able to manually correct the hand position

Thank you for your reply :)
Well, there is a manual mode to correct the hands... however, it apparently only allows for adjustments in "minute/second" steps. So the second hand only moves by seconds/minutes when manually trying to adjust it. It does not seem to be possible to adjust this slight missalignement... :(

Hmmm, the only solution I see is to move the hand a bit,a watchmaker would do it easily or if you are experienced in working with hands and dials you could do it too.

Looks to me the second hand is perfectly centered but the module seems to be slightly crooked....

Doesn't the minute hand move in 20 sec. increments, the last one being 10 till - 10 after?

Read the manual it is manual 5040 which you can get from Casio as an Adobe document to read on a computer.

It sounds like you might try setting ‘everything’ and the manual means everything to zero.

After you have done this, and it will take some patience, you will then be able to try to set the watch manually.

If this does not work, you may have to contact Casio.

    Same thing on mine:

Manual hand setting is useless as Sap said. To me there is nothing to do, but I really don't care it's not bother.

My GS1300 looks the same as this posted picture, and I would not consider this to be 'off center'.
