    Gulfman radio reception performance

Hi gang. Just returned from holidays on Greek islands Sifnos and Santorini. I had decided to wear my Gulfman atomic watch, and it managed to synchronize time just once, on Sifnos island, on 12 September at 04:04 hours. It was the German frequency that came through, a distance of approximately 1800 km (1200 miles). I didn't do anything special (like putting the watch outside, and/or pointing it in a particular direction); just let it rest during nightime on the table... I consider the performance quite good, if I'm not mistaken the reception range is "officially" stated to be 1500 km.
BTW, didn't miss any ferries or planes: the time was right

Mine syncs automatically at 0202 every night without fail to the English transmitter which I consider to be very good!

    Watches are frickin evil!

You're not far from it, though!
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...
