I saw Pharell on BET a cople of days ago as well. While freestyling he made reference to his G-Shock. The BBC t-shirt that he is wearing, is part of a clothing line that he and Japanse DJ/designer and founder of the Bathing Ape clothing line known as "Nigo" designed together. I really like track 8 on Pharell's new album

I actually picked up a BBC t-shirt and cap today at a boutique store here in Toronto. Only a few places carry the line.Originally Posted by b_andersen

Bryan, I ran your post through a number of the google translators and couldn't quite get a proper translation.
That said, it was A LOT of fun. I got a great big kick out of that. Interesting that when you see a lot of corporations shunning the hip hop culture (Cristal, Timberland etc) Casio is embracing it. Perhaps hip hop is viewed differently in Japan?
I thought that country music fans all carried pocketwatches, with strangely ornate engravings of running horses on the covers, to match their belt buckles. :-D
I think Johny Cash woulda worn a 5600E with negative display and stealthed bezel letters.Originally Posted by b_andersen
