GW-s5600 on black resin: mod complete

I finally got my bezels and so I put my GW-S5600 carbon fiber G-shock on plain black resin. I like it better this way because the original resin is very glossy and flashy.

    The resin is GW-M5610 resin.

Here is what it looks like. Still the lightest G-Shock around, due to the titanium backplate and resin case. Same module as the GW-5000, but with easier to press buttons. I think this will be my new daily wearer for the work week. Don't get me wrong, I still love my GW-5000. Just this is lighter, and easier to use (buttons press easier). I still get the monochrome look of the GW-5000, and I get the cool honeycomb border of the GW-S5600.

It looks really sharp on standard matte resin. Indeed, a very cool subtle mod that combines the best elements of both watches. I agree that it looks a lot better; I also realized that flashy and shiny aren't my cuppa.
