    GX-56 / GXW-56 Adapter with Nato Question

Hi, I purchased a GXW-56 the other day, love it, daily driver. I see the band is screwed in like the GW-9400 Rangeman. So my question is are the Jays & Kays adapters the same for the Rangeman and the King? I can't seem to get a straight answer when I email Jays & Kays on their Etsy store.

They responded that the adapters are different and I need metal adapters.

I then have read that people use the same adapters that the Rangeman uses and they are excellent.

Then there is a Deep Lug kit??

    I would like a 16mm to 24mm adapter since I have many 24mm nato/zulu bands, but 22mm is fine.
Please someone tell me "from experience" which adapters I need. I see two say 16mm to 22mm ad one says 16mm to 24mm.

The deep lug large G-Shock resin adapters will work on a King.
