    Hand Tension With Watch

hey guys, its been a while, so i figured id say hello and bring up something ive been experiencing while wearing g shocks! recently i've been wearing my mudman around all day for about a week and ive been cracking my knuckles more often and massaging the palms of my hand. i dont wear the watch too tight, i can slip 2 fingers in still, but i was wondering if any of you have felt this before? i finally took it off last night and my hand felt a lot better. this morning i put it back on, and at the end of the workday, my hand feels a bit tense again. should i stop wearing watches for a while? (that will be hard, haha) maybe a week? its not too big of a problem i just feel like making conversation. i havent used the search function for this topic either anyway, let me know what you think!

Sometimes my hand falls asleep when wearing a watch. And I don't wear them that tight either. Just try the other wrist or wear a pocket watch . Or try one of those Gs with a velcro strap.

My man Flavour Flav had this problem a few years back, he started wearing clocks around his neck instead...no more wrist tension

Palm massaging? Maybe a different problem?

Does it happen only with the Mudman, or with any G-Shock/other watch?

The Mudman isn't heavy, so I can't imagine it's putting your wrist under any strain. If we were talking a SS Ecozilla on bracelet, then that would be a different story

The only thing I can come up with is the tiny "nubs" on the back of the Mudman. I know a few people are bothered by them. Maybe it's a situation where they don't bother you immediately when you put on the watch, but over time it's just a tiny bit bothersome and that makes your hand feel odd.

Which is why he started wearing that hat; the weight of the horns counterbalances the clock.

I understood from your post that you usually wear your watch during the night too ? if so, then you probably should wear it only during the day, and remove it at night or generally at home. So the wrist can rest too and move freely for a while.

    Re: Hand Tension With Watch

Strange but I do have this issue as well and stranger still, I have it only when I am wearing the Mudman, my hand tend to go numb so that I am always removing the watch, rubbing my hand and putting it back on. I don't have any problem when I wear other non G watches and I have other Gs but I wear the Mudman more frequently so I will try other Gs to know if I will get this problem.
