    it's copyright dated 2009 and it says "you never need to change a Tough Solar battery"!?

    I see it as you don't need to change it as LONG as it continues to work, and no one seems to have a reliable end-of-life time because there are large variables involved.

    So the statement "Never needs a battery replacement." in combination with the statement "Features an eco-friendly solar system with no disposable battery."
    is true as long as and until proven otherwise.
