A fake which tries hard to look like a G-2000.

I must say it's a very good fake. Most fakes have yellow lettering, this one comes very xlost to the real IMHO. The only difference is the cut out at the bottom, which make it appear more to a Giez model.

    hi uwe,

if the seller shouldn't be cooperative, do the following: send him a link from this thread and tell him, if he doesn't cooperate you will post the ebay auction with all details here. also tell him to send all auction data to casio for civil law action. no one likes to pillory, especially no one who (knowingly?) sells fake watches. I bet he will cooperate...

The same problem with Seiko divers >>>

the fakes are so well made, even the movements are copied to the last screw.

But if you dive with watch, you will find out quick that there is a difference between fake and original.

This G-Shock Forum is a great source for insider infos and I'm very happy that I found it.

The only problem-I should have asked you before I paid the watch!!!

    Hi Holger,

    thanks for the tip,

I did allready send him a mail that he should not send me the watch if he is not 100% sure about it's originality.

If I receive a fake, I will report it to ebay, casio and to my lawyer.

hope this helps, need my money for real G-Shocks

    regs
