It'll charge some, but not a whole lot. If that's a halogen make sure that it's far enough away not to damage the resin...

That is not going to do much.

Get the watch outside. Even the weak winter sun is going to give it many many times more charge than a lamp.

Don't leave it too close to the lamp. Keep checking the the watch don't get too hot. Someone melt the red king display with that set up (or very very close to a halogen lamp).

Not a good way to charge a solar watch. I suggest using a high luminosity led flash light instead.

Getting the watch outside (if not, in front of a window) works best. But avoid keeping the watch stationary under direct sunlight for a long time. It will get very hot very quickly.

That is probably enough distance to prevent the watch from going above the 60 degree Celsius threshold. However that type of yellowish light are not ideal to charge because it has to little blue color in it, so charging will take a really long time. The best type of light to use at home are a fluorescent lamp/tube that you have over your kitchen sink (diskbänken). If you find away to get the watch within 8"/20cm from the tube then you will be able to charge it to almost full within 5 days or so. This time of year without proper strong sunlight it is almost impossible to get it to full charge, so upper medium charge is good enough, then you can charge it to full when spring arrives or if you travel abroad during winter.

Of course you can use specialized lights to get it to full easily. But most people do not have those at home.
