Maybe a W-S220? It's my preferred work watch.

Re: help with GOOD DISPLAY casio watch

They're out of production, but the G-3010, G-3011, and GW-300 all have big readable displays. I can't post pics right now, but go ahead and search for them. I also like the display on the DW-295 a lot- two lines of display, but very uncluttered.

Look at the Timex Ironman series too. The ones with the larger displays are very, very legible - put most of the G-Shocks to shame, actually.

Sidi thanks. looks good. same price as SGW-300

Rocat i was looking on that one. but same price is SGW-300 and for me more fun i think altimeter and barometer as compass:)

carpon: how feel that strap on G-30xx? just afraid that silver bezel will scratch so easily. never saw and heard about DW-295- looks interesting. i had one timex expedicion. after one year strap fell into parts:( with normal using.

while i was looking for your advices models i found as well: HDD-600 and DW-290 but looks ugly both for me:)

not easy decision what to buy :(

The best non-G display I have is still the SGW-200 (I have the SGW-100 and SGW-300 as well)...

...one of the very few that shows the current time in other modes down to the second.

The best overall display of all my digital watches has the Timex T49897...

Totally unclutterd, high contrast display and still well readable under difficult angles:

    cheers

I have a 3011 I picked up a couple of weeks ago. It is a shorter strap than most G's. It also has a completely different feel to it, almost like rubber.

GD-350 would be my choice for good display, numbers are big and bold
