    Help with GW 2500 needed....

Why does the LED 6 display continue to come on at the flick of my wrist? It seems every time I move my wrist, not even looking at my watch and the LED pops on. What the heck?

dude, I think it's the Auto EL feature on the watch, there should be an on off feature somewhere.

Press the "LIGHT" button for more than 3 sec. to activate/deactivate the Autolight feature.

There is a small indicator next to "A.LIGHT" in the upper display when switched on

I don't know, most of these watches come with manual. Did you check yours?

I am a man of little time guys. I read the manual on how to set it and use a couple functions. The rest is immaterial to me. Plus, I can come to you guys for help. Who knows more than you?

Much of what we know comes from reading the manual.
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...
