Help me find a new G-Shock

    Hello,

Today I have a G-Shock I'm not really happy with. Two reasons, one I think it's a little small... and two I hate the black face, it's too hard to read.
    It's the DW6900NB
Amazon.com: Casio G-Shock Mirror-Metallic White Mens Digital Watch - Casio DW6900NB-7: Casio: Watches

I used to have this next one, but it was stolen. I like the larger size and the silver face. But it's out of stock on Amazon.

Amazon.com: Casio Men's G8900A-7CR G-Shock Shock Resistant White Resin Digital Sport Watch: Casio: Watches

So is there a larger white G-Shock with a silver face that I can get? TIA

    Price range?
Interested in any features besides countdown timer, stopwatch, and alarm?

Less than $200 or so. Not a real issue, I suppose.
Only feature I need is black digits on silver background. And a stopwatch. All digital.

    Thanks

Your options for an all white G-Shock with positive display and bigger digits than a 6900 are surprisingly kind of limited.

There's the GWM-850 for $84: http://amzn.to/1QdBRBh and GLX-5600 for $77, but both of these significantly smaller than what you are used to at 43~ mm, even though the digits on the screen are larger.

The 8900 that you posted is readily available new from Ebay though, if you want to go that route, as are some others. The good news is that a lot of people don't like the white G's as much, so they go for much less used if you are willing to look at those.

Here's also a GD-100 that is about 51mm and can be found on Ebay.

I didn't even look on eBay to replace my 8900. That might be the best idea.

I do like the GD-100! But is it just me or do the digits look a bit washed out? Looking at some unboxing videos, the digits are nice but look washed out when looking at it at an angle. Hmm...

I do like this, too! Much more legible and better size.

I'll chew on this one or the 8900. Thank you, guys!
