    Housing my Gs....

seen/ read a lot and inspired by how/where all you Gs forumers keep your G Shocks; and I have been thinking of late too on creating a special place where all my Gs are within easy reach....

initially thought of buying a case like some of you, but decided against....

while at work, saw customized carton tray which my company use for storing components, and the lightbulb went off....got hold of 2 of such trays and rushed home to start work soon after.....

First, using the plastic fastener, i secure the carton tray on the window pane....

then, the compartments are added to form 16 equal pigeon holes....

then my lucky 8 G shocks find their own niches, my wife's 2 baby Gs decided to stay for the nite

and the whole thing seems to fit right into the clutter of my study

    costs me $0 in total!

i have 2 of such trays, meaning it can house 32 G Shocks. I have 8 so far, 24 to go

can u guys also share where do you all keep your beloved g Shocks? Thanks!

    P/S
BTW, I gave my 25th anni gulfman some wrist time tonite for about 2 hours, and i can safely say tt there are the most comfortable G shock i have worn by far! a stunningly beautiful and comfy watch!

Very creative! Nice to know it doesn't cost u a cent at all. I have since given up on a watch case and chunk all my watches in a plastic storage box.

Am looking for a dedicated g-shock storage myself... thanks for the tips...

absolutely agree on the comfort of the gulfie... getting quite a lot of wrist time myself... but i must admit I was drawn most to the Ti caseback with the 'kick-as*' turtle

Very nice - and creative! Be careful though...now that you have all this new storage space you'll have to buy more watches to fill it up...

I keep my G-Shocks in a 1980's Casio store display case

Beacause some G's end up being collectable pieces, it would be a good idea to keep some of them in safe places. I like the display case, looks really nice, I have a couple of normal watch boxes that avoids keeping watches out and getting dinged up by pushing them around, definately recommended. Although G's will get their dings, why add more than necessary?

Nice work on the cases! I was thinking of doing something up myself, and your post has lighted a bulb for me!

Initially I thought about getting a briefcase style, foam/sponge thingy that has slots cut in.
    Thanks!
