How do I remove and Replace crystal?

I have a vintage g shock that has a cracked lug. It has a perfect glass/crystal on it that I want to remove without damaging it, and put it on another model that shares the same case. How do I remove it and put it on? Please help?

    Here's the basic concept:

You can buy a specialized "crystal press" if you expect that you'll be doing this more than once, you can build your own as in that thread, or you can probably pay a watch repair shop to do it since they probably already have the tools!
