    This is how I know I am a G-shockaholic

I was in a car accident today (not my fault, and no one is hurt thankfully). The back and side of my car were totally smashed, broken, scraped, etc. As frazzled as I was, I still noticed when exchanging information with the other driver that he was wearing a G-9300 black Mudman, the non-atomic model. This is the first time I have seen someone else wearing one in real life. I was wearing my Wide Temp WW-5100, which thankfully was not harmed! I considered talking to him about the mudman, but I had to focus on getting all the info right and talking to the cops/firemen etc.

Did you notice what mode of the G9300 that he was wearing? Hopefully he didn't look at the compass while driving.

J/K glad that you and your G are OK. People are driving like madmen these days, especially in Phoenix area. (CA must be worse).

I saw a crash today. Was it in Pasadena on Rosemead?

Since becoming a member here years ago, I now OCD on what people wear. Funny.

Wow ...by coincidence, yesterday I was a witness to a car accident in the (European) city where I live. As I talked to the policeman about the accident, I noticed he had an old ana-digi G-Shock (I think it was an AW something). *Almost* commented on his watch, then decided that it might have seemed frivolous with the adjacent blood-splatter dominating the scene.

Glad everyone came out unscathed (vintage Casio included). If you weren't at fault, that means he (the 9300 wearer) was, correct? If so, you were right in not bringing up the G-Shock. Perhaps it was a bit of a crash test? Take pics and end up on the website? Love true stories with a happy ending :)

You should sue... for his Mudman.
All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.
