How long does it typically take to get parts ordered from Casio USA?

I ordered a couple of band/bezel sets from Casio a week ago, and while they billed my credit card, I still have not received the order. Granted, I believe the order was shipping from the East Coast of the US and I live on the West Coast... but if it's sent first class mail it should still only be a few days. All items were in stock when I ordered over the phone.

Does anyone have experience ordering from Casio over the phone in the US, and info on the subsequent shipping speed?

It can take quite a while. It just depends on where each part is coming from. I've had to wait a couple months for parts to come from Japan to their location in New Jersey, and then shipped out to me. Just be patient. I don't think there's any way to speed it up. They sent me each part separately sometimes as they got them. Ordering from a third party distributor (like Tiktox) might be faster.

I just ordered a few basic parts (dw-6900 gasket, bezel screws, gw-m bezel) which they had in stock. Was told 7-10 days, which gives a day or two for order processing and packaging and a week or so for a 1st Class envelope to travel to California from NJ. Lot of their items must be ordered and ,as Riley commented, come from across the Big Pond. They may have specific days of the week which shipments go out as well

If you don't receive them within another week, I might place another call, but chances are good it will arrive before then. I've made many orders from Casio USA and never had an issue receiving exactly what I wanted - even for items that needed to be backordered and charged at the time of shipping.

Glad to hear it. They do take a long time if they don't have it in stock when you order and the do break up the order to ship whatever they get your parts back in stock.
