Confused How is the lume on Casio Edifice models?

Hey there everybody, I've been toying around with the idea of getting another chronograph watch and selling my MTP-4500. Of course the Edifice line have been at the top of my list along with Seiko and Citizen, but I was wondering how the lume on these watches are? I obviously know that it won't be a problem with Seikos & Citizens, but so far I've never had good experiences with Casio's lume. Thanks!

I think the lume on my EQW-M1000 was quite good actually. It's no "flashlight" but it did last the whole night (about 6 hours) - better than the lume on analogue G-Shocks. So I wouldn't worry. Which one do you want to get?

    cheers, Sedi

Not quite sure, had my eye on a few. I really want a "Cluttered" dial chronograph watch. Looked at the EF-550D-1AVDF and the EF-527D-1AVEF. Not looking to spend over $150 and those are two that are in that range with cool looking dials. Also like the Citizen Skyhawk and the Seiko SNA411, but I'm not sure if i can find those in my price range

I find the lume to actually be very good on my Edifice (in my sig).

It's very bright when charged and lasts pretty long. I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised, for sure.

Although not applied as heavily as my seiko monster, I find it to be almost as bright but falls short a few hours.
