How to... Remove buckle off GW-9100 strap?

The spring bar on the buckle of GW-9100 straps look wider than the usual G buckle. I tried pushing the ends to attempt removing the buckle and found them non spring loaded.

Anyone knows how to remove this buckle?

Those that are non spring loaded will have to be stretched apart. I use a good pair of chopsticks!

That I've tried... and broke 3 pairs of chopsticks already.

I guess I'd have to resort to using clamps...

Sorry to hear that, clamps would likely mark the buckle if you are ok with that. The chopsticks i use has done well and the ends are about the full width of the buckle and hence it can be stretched over without breaking. I think you broke it by criss-crossing the sticks.
