    I bought a DW-6300 & DW-6000 for $21.50 on ebay

    I bought a DW-6300 & DW-6000 for $21.50 on ebay.

It was advertised as "You are bidding for a lot of two original vintage CASIO G SHOCK WATCH FOR PART OR REPAIR."

Lucky me the Frogman (DW-6300) only needed a new battery!!

Now I just need clothes for it. Any suggestions where I can find them cheap? Also, are parts/clothes from other frogman compatible with this one?

after a new battery and some cleaning:

I'm also having difficulty removing one strap. It appears it's not a standard push pin. I suppose worst case I can cut the strap, but prefer not to. Any suggestions welcome.

New clothes for the frogman will be difficult to get and not cheap. Yahoo Japan auctions would be your best bet.

Here are some I found doing a quick search.

Thanks. Are any other models compatible (clothes)?

And...any thoughts around the suspicious push pin used to secure the strap? (the far bottom picture) - any way to remove it without cutting the strap?

    Hi,
looks like a pin without a 'collar' (they are normally used on lugs with drilled-through holes) - you'll probably have to cut it - if you're very careful maybe the strap won't get damaged while cutting the pin.

Too cool. That was a steal even if the bezel / bands are pricey.

    Nice work, dude!

But the Frogman parts may be hard to come by these days. Good luck!
