I f there is ever a negative display GW-9200 - would you buy one?

lately I got really into negative displays, not sure if it is only a temporarily thing or not but they really crabbed me . anyway, about 6 weeks ago I sold my GW-9200 riseman( no, not because it has a positive display ), because I couldn't get used to the red alti/baro circle - it was just too much colour for me. other than that, I really think it's a outstanding good watch and after selling it, I thought how cool would it be, to have this watch with a negative display and a black or maybe silver alti/baro circle. personally I would buy one in the fraction of a second. so what are your thoughts - riseman with negative display good idea or not?

    regards, holger

I like it on some with large digits but with the Riseman having so much info the digits seam smaller and with my poor eyesight I have to say no

I'm still waiting for the Riseman to come down in price to about 100 dollars.

Maybe after that I will think about the display.

    Yup...definitely for more variety.

A reverse Riseman would look dead sexy, but will it happen?

For me, negative displays are just too hard to read in many environments.

No, negative display are for advertisement not for real stuff.

Riseman is a tool watch not a marketing stuff.

I'd buy one if it had a compass.

Negative displays render a watch essentially useless to my middle-aged eyes.
