    I Like it for many reasons- but the best is...

    So The King has been in my possesion for a couple of days, there are lots of reasons to love it:

    * It's presence
    *The way it feels on the wrist
    *The Gold LCD

    but to me, one of the things I really like is just how easy it is to see the time.

    The spacing seems just a little wider than my other G's, so this and my G2000 will probably be getting the most wrist time for now.

    ....So What is it that draws you back to a particular G? pics too please

    Is it easier on the eyes than a traditional black on gray LCD?

    I agree with the legibility of the black/gold compared to the orange..

    Great looking watch! Love the gold.

    Are the letters and numbers noticably larger compared to the 5600? from a quick glance- they look very identical.

    it's very much similar, just a bit thicker as you can see in the comparison picture

    I just got mine today and it's by far my favorite gshock design thus far. I do wish it were about half the size(I've got the small wrist curse), but I love it. It's still super comfortable, the buttons are easy to push, I love the colors on the gold version, and it's got a super comfortable band and awesome buckle. Just a great wrist presence overall. Good job Casio. I think it's the nicest band/strap on a GShock next to the Riseman for me. It's super soft, comfortable, and seems higher quality than the usual gshock offerings.

    I'll prob. try out the gold/amber display at some point. I do find G's with the gold color displays eaier to read than the normal LCD screen. I liken it to white paper vs yellow legal pads. Just seems easier on the eyes for some reason.
