I probably DON'T need another Mudman, but....

I already own the G9000 and G9300, and like them both. Something about the Mudman line that speaks to me....

So I keep walking past that $94 Mudman GW9010 at Costco... and heading back to Costco to pick up some other things today, and guaranteed I will be walking past it again.

Good price, I like the looks of that Mudman, and it would be my first atomic. Then again, maybe I should get a Riseman, an Analog, a Gulfman and change things up a bit... then again, already own a Suunto Core and an Ambit, and a Garmin Fenix - so I probably don't need a Riseman!

    Choices, choices....
ABC: Garmin Fenix, Suunto Core, Suunto Ambit, Suunto Ambit 2 Sapphire
    My G-Shock: G9300-1 Mudman; Son #1 G-Shock: GD100MS-1 & G7900-1 Rescue; Son #2 G-Shock: G2900F-1 & GLX5600-1
    Shared G-Shock: G9000-1 Mudman - The Workhorse
Other: Various analogs - Victorinox, Eddie Bauer, Bulova, more....

Get the GW9010-1 Mudman or the Riseman. I already own the GW9010-1 Mudman and I love mine. I purchased mine 3 1/2 years ago from Amazon for $92. I'm even thinking of buying a 2nd one to have as a backup Mudman. I don't belong to Costco and that's the ONLY reason why I've been hesitant to buy a 2nd GW9010-1 atomic solar Mudman for $95.

The GW9010 is a good model, especially for your firs Atomic. What I like the most about the watch is that The "G" in the center window tells you instantly if your watch has synced with the Atomic Clock.

The only thing I don't like about the GW-9010 is that if the watch does NOT sync then you just have an empty window in the middle of the watch. But that's just me...where I live I only sync 3-4 times per week.

I've seen this watch at Costco and I do have a membership there. I have been hesitant to buy this watch because I am afraid it wears too small. True I'm use to my pathfinder and my aviator which are larger watches but can anyone chime in about the size of wearing this watch?

Why are you wasting your time and the forum's bandwidth? We all know the Mudman will prove too tempting this weekend and you'll pick one up!

I may fall victim to the 9010's allure this weekend as well so you're not alone.
