As Jeremy Clarkson likes to say, I went on the internet and found this:

I have never owned an Skmei, but they have been copying a great range of Casio models for quite some years now.

You know what i really dont like?
Dopes who create 'reviews' and dont say a word, they put some lame music on and put a few words on the screen, i just cant be bothered watching.
If they are not going to speak why bother making the review?
Are these people devoid of a personality?

After the title of this thread, I clicked on it with great trepidation.... But since it's a watch forum, I figured it'd be okay.

Those are decent fakes. I'm wondering why one of them says "30m" WR, while the other says "50m" WR???

I almost never view watch review videos, for whatever reason. The only ones I normally ever see are the Watchtanaka close-up videos, which are normally followed by me pulling the trigger on something.

But one time, I did view a "watch review" video for a watch I was thinking of buying (non-Casio). It wasn't a review at all. The guy DID speak, but he might as well not have. All he did was hold the watch in his hands, point to different things and basically REPEAT all of the marketing talking points on the watch. "Look, it has a sapphire crystal, 1,000m WR, and is very limited." Hey guy, tell me something I don't already know! Something I can't read about on the watch's webpage! Pretty useless.

    Agree.
There is one fellow who does produce instructional reviews, and I did use his to assist me in setting the World City and back to Home.
    They're all fluff otherwise.

How is it that these aren't an infringement?
A man wearing a watch, outside of purely social functions (where, strictly speaking, a watch is not supposed to be worn), makes it clear to everyone in his purview that they are in the presence of a man who considers his time something of value, not something to be wasted.

A man wearing an ostentatiously expensive watch makes it clear to everyone in his purview that they are in the presence of a man who considers little.
