If you were stranded on an island

What one watch would wish you had? ABC watch or a mudman, tide watch or other?

The time, itself is not all that important, but I could see the use for a compass, and possibly a thermometer. Having solar, so you wouldn't worry about the battery dying would be useful. So, I suppose an ABC would be most versatile. Maybe my 1300T?

I think my PAW1500T-7V would be the best for stranded island duty- ABC plus tide data, although if I were stranded near the equator the tide data would be a moot point.

    Paradise unplugged.

No BlackBerry, no watch, no laptop.

I could use some of that right now. Except maybe the watch.

I'll trade my watch for Les Shroud.

Or Bear Grylls, if he brings his camera crew, helicopter, and hotel suite

I've probably answered this before with the Riseman for the barometer function; don't really need to keep track of direction with the compass since anywhere I go on a strange island, it doesn't change the fact that I'm still lost.

Where there's an island, there's seawater and seawater corrosion, so a GW-9100 Gulfman might be a good idea too; can't use the tidegraph if I'm unfamiliar with the island's location.

Sucks to be without a G.
