    I'm scared.

It seems as though fakes are slowly becoming more and more accurate in terms of looks.

G shock wrist watch - eBay (item 320585814331 end time Sep-14-10 10:24:04 PDT)

The color scheme looks right, and even the placement of the day looks right as well. It really fooled me for a moment. The dial and digit/letters on the LCD are all wrong. But I'll bet the counterfeiters will figure that out too...

It really is a shame what these people are doing.

    Lets be careful, guys!

You make a really a really good point. It is sad that Casio does not police this. I am sure people outside of this forum have purchased fakes.

There have been a few stories recently about 'accurate' fakes which certainly make you think twice before you hit the 'buy it now' button... you are right, it is scary

The only good way to fight this is to keep buying them Original.

The G button looks cheap and from another watch...and the low price...

Whilst the cases have gradually become better & better, the modules haven't. Hopefully it'll stay that way.

Forget Casio...I notice most of the time these are coming from NYC. Why doesn't someone in the USA just order one to get the return address, and then send the NYPD or Customs officers to their door? I'm pretty sure that importing counterfeit items in bulk for retail sale is considered illegal over there, and probably with pretty heavy fines/jail as deterrant, no?
