    hi all:

    The urge has struck ---Must buy another g shock soon-- also must get some Zulu straps (Looking at westcoasttime (any other suggestions?)

    Here's the list I compiled for the G-Shock Wiki:

    Which G-Shocks are compatible with strap adapters?

    * DW-003
    * DW-004
    * DW-5000 (reissues and variants)
    * DW-5200
    * DW-5300
    * DW-5600C
    * DW-5600E
    * DW-6100
    * DW-6200
    * DW-6500
    * DW-6600
    * DW-6900
    * DW-9052
    * G-5600
    * G-5700
    * GW-200 Frogman (GW-225 and variants)
    * GW-5600 - County Comm adapters don't work well at all on this model

    Notes

    * Any G-Shock that can accept a standard 16mm spring bar should be compatible.
    * End pieces (aka strap adapters) for 5xxx series: Casio part #74243710

    BTW - I prefer the official Casio parts, since you can choose ones with text printed on them.

    Besides those, some models of G2300 come with straps using 16mm apringbars or Casio adapters with a Casio Zulu-like nylon strap-- so the Maratac adapters should work on the 2300 series as well.

    Just read a thread here a few days ago where the poster replaced the strap on a new Riseman with the strap from a 6600/6900-- so the Riseman also has 16mm spring bar strap attachment.

    thank you might i bug you to inquire:

    What website can i use to ensure a model you did not list (2300 for example) uses 16 MM bar?

    And i am looking at mygshock.com wiki--is this the same you are referring too?

    thanks a million!

    Not really, since the Riseman strap is not fixed with spring bars but with screws. A 16mm strap will fit - the adapters will also fit.

    Yep, http://mygshock.com/wiki/

    I don't know of any more comprehensive listing. The spring bar width isn't usually listed by Casio.
