It isn't much of a difference.

But, instead of buying watch bands over and over that I will probably won't use that much.

I have decided to buy just 16mm bands for both my 16mm and 18mm watches.

    For the most part.

My G-Shock GW5600J-1 looks better with different color bands.

But, my Citizen Eco-Drive BM8180-03E looks better with black bands, but to change it up alittle bit.

I might put a 16mm band that isn't black on it for a day or two instead of buying more 18mm watch bands.
The MTG is retired and the 5600 too. Right now, the only working G-Shocks that I use and enjoy are the Riseman GW9200-1 and the GW6900-1

If I can own a Rolex Submariner I would. I know they are tough too, their homages are tough. Trust me.

    Well, so far.

I am liking my decision to just get 16mm watch bands instead of both 16mm and 18mm watch bands.

The difference between the two sizes is not that noticeable.

The only watch bands I got 18mm is a two Nato watch bands and one black Mil-Series before I got a 16mm watch bands to test out my theory that 16mm is good enough for both 16mm and 18mm watches.
