Smile Its finally here...my G-shock Sky cockpit (GW-3000BD)

After what seemed like a long wait, this one just turned up today. Pretty much anything that anyone needs to know about this watch has already been said and the watch has already been reviewed. Here's the links to some of the related threads.

I have to say is this watch looks amazing, and has a massive presence on my wrist. Only disappointment is, I'm not liking the bracelet at the moment, maybe after I get it shortened I might change my mind otherwise I'm going to be fitting the resin strap on it, also I was expecting the lume to be blue. The pictures ain't amazing, cos I only had my phone for use as a camera, and yea my arms are very hairy, i'm literally a gorrilla!!

    Congrats

It's a fantastic looking G. Especially the dial is a nice one.

Hope it wears so comfortable as it looks

Thanks, I have to go get bracelet shortened tomorrow. So I'll know by then if it fits comfortably or not

When the battery becomes low the second hand moves only by 2-3 seconds so its movement becomes jerky and the watch no longer syncs with atomic time. When it's goes really low, it no longer shows the time as all hands point to 12 and all watch functions are disabled, but it still keeps track of time internally. So leave it for a few hours in the sun or under some strong light and it should charge up.

I got from ebay for a bargain, £178, thats less than the price of the orange model and don't worry they are the genuine item, also there were a couple of people from this forum who bought a few watches from him. here's a link if your thinking about getting one, the guy's in the US and he's got a few left I think.

    Ebay seller manshuri
