JaysAndKays metal adapters for Mudmaster GWG-1000

I don't know how long these have been available, but I noticed today on Etsy that JaysAndKays offers metal strap adapters for the Mudmaster GWG-1000 that take one-piece or two-piece 22mm straps or bracelets.

These look pretty nice. One adapter has a proper cutout for the light button.

I have no doubt they are quality adapters, just like the ones for the D1000 Frog and the GPR Ranger. But for me personally, there are certain watches that belong on the stock strap. The GWG-1000 Mudmaster is one of them. I like its stock strap very much, it is both strong and comfortable and fits me well. The only thing I don't like is the metal keeper - which I've replaced with Isofrane rubber keepers.

I agree. I prefer the look of the stock straps for the Mudmaster.

There are a few watches, for which I consider the strap as part of the design and for me the Mudmater is one of those watches. I find swapping different colored original Mudmaster straps refreshing, but that is as far as I would go.

The only regret I have, that the Mudmaster strap isn't available in a carbon fiber version, but it is not a dealbreaker for me by far.

I recall some others on F17 using different straps or bracelets on their GWG-1000 using various adapters. Maybe these new, nice-fitting adapters will appeal to them.

I have a few Gs with Js &Ks metals on them. Pricey and excellent. The fit is O E and the color finish blends nicely. Dimensions are very precise. No complaints at all.
Thank you, I'm flattered, but, please don't click any "Likes" for me (unless there's a prize for "most likes")?

I have those adapters and used them for about a month before I went back to the resin. I don't think a 22mm strap is wide enough for that watch.
