I have not bought from them but with the good prices, I would not hesitate to buy from them. They have been around for quite a while and they advertize quite a lot so they must be okay.

I've bought a few watches from them with no problems. Watches came with their warranty, not manufacturers. They also sell on eBay.

The last time I saw them on eBay, I think they were listed as Jomashop or some similar spelling. I don't remember if the price was lower or not, and they were not selling too many watches on eBay for whatever reason. I've always bought directly from their website though -- but I also call first to make sure the watch is in stock. I've also received small discounts off of their listed web price, when I say I am a repeat buyer. As far as I know, they are not brick and morter, but online only. But again, I haven't had any problems from them, just the note that I didn't get the manufacturers warranty, so I assume these are like grey market.

Yes, they are grey market traders.
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...
