With bit of a luck, i avoid the custom taxes. I remember that the limit for customs is 30€, and this is 33.3€. But the customs wont kill me..It's only like 3-4%

Nice G-Shock. And you paid a fair price for it.

    Congrats to your first G!

The lowest price for the 5600 i saw in EU is 50€.
So even 50$ would be a bargain at todays exchange rates!

Dont bother, if you wear your 5600 you will see, that it never will be overpaid!

Hello Psymbiote, to find out if you overpay, you must first check the retail price in your country.

In my country, the specific model costs 85 euros in shops whereas in the shop you bought it costs 34 euros (with shipping for Greece), so its a very good deal. Here the tax limit is 60 euros..

Shipping for me is $15!! This is the reason i don't like some online shops (not the specific), because many times, you pay much more above the retail price if you add shipping costs and taxes. Normally, all the online shops must have a reasonable discount and not retail prices because retail prices are only in the country that the item had been sold. International shops can't say that they havee retail prices because buyers must pay shipping and many times, taxes too..

    Hi psymbiote,

It seems like a good price to me. I saw a DW-5600E-1V recently in a shopping mall in Vlissingen, Nehterlands. It had the retail price tag of €99.- on it. In the Netherlands you don't talk a little off the price...

The basic DW-5600 is not really my style, though I believe I have a very nice DW-5600 on the way now. It has been at the customs for a week, so I'm prepared to pay the price of your watch shipped on custom duties soon...

    Cheers,

    Sjors

I'll be very surprised if you pay any tax! I purchased a new DW6900 from the same seller and he was very 'helpful' on the customs form resulting in the watch coming to me quickly and without any additional cost.

The reason i asked about the price is that i cant find watch here in local shops. Bad g-shock culture here in finland ;)
